Copy or Create Outlook Signature Block

Creating your Outlook Signature

The following is a quick list of steps for setting up your signature block in Outlook. You can also get help at Microsoft by clicking here Outlook Signatures

  1. If you are copying on old signature, open a sent email and copy your old signature block (Cntl C).
  2. In Outlook, select the File Tab on the top left.
  3. Under the File Tab, on the left navigatoin pane, click Options.
  4. Within the left navigation pane of the Outlook Options window, select Mail.
  5. Then on the right side of the view, click the Signatures button.
  6. To add a signature, click the New and enter the name of your new signature.
  7. Then paste your copied signature block or create a new one in the space provided.
  8. On the top right of the screen, select which email account and when you want your signature automatically added to your emails: New Messages and/or Replies.
  9. Then click OK and your all done!
