If your default printer does not persist upon future login's you may need to have your printer policy set by support. Generally, a user can only set either Server or Client printers as a default printer in the ProZone. Printers can be differentiated by their names: Server Printers start with "SERVER" and Client Printers begin with "Client".
Click the magnifying glass to show or hide the associated image.
SETTING A DEFAULT PROZONE PRINTER
To Set a printer as a default printer, launch the Devices & Printers - ProZone application from the ProZone.
If you don't have the Devices & Printers - ProZone application you can add it by clicking the Orange Plus Icon.
Then select the Devices & Printers - ProZone from Accessories.
To set a printer as a default, select the printer then select the Select as default button on tool bar [B]. OR, right click on the printer and select Set as Default Printer from the menu [C].
