Firefox Update Issues with Launching Applications (11/2/2018)

A recent Firefox update is causing issues with launching applications in the ProZone. If you have issues with your applications when logging into the ProZone please follow these steps:

  1. On the top right of your ProZone, click the down arrow next to your name and select “Change Citrix Receiver” 
  2. Then click the blue “Detect Receiver” button
  3. In the "Launch Application" window, click the check box “Remember my choice for Receiver Links.” And click “Open Link” button.
  4. When the "Just a moment message..."  appears click "Already Installed".

You should be good to go!
