Outlook Password Issue

Users have reported a strange issue with when launching Outlook this morning (4/4/2023). If you have issues and are prompted to wait by Outlook - keep clicking the "Need Password" like at the bottom of the Outlook window. After a few tries it will let you in. We are investigating this issue with 365.

Issue with Support Site Emails

We use a third party system to manage the emails from our support system. This third party ensures that emails from this system are not treated as spam. The vendor is having an issue at this time and our ticket responses are not being sent at this time. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
